On Jul. 3, 2012, partner Xiang Ji, lawyer Nuo Ji, lawyer Baoguang Ruan and senior lawyer Zhihua Ma from Shanghai Fangda Law Firm visited Tahota Chengdu Office.

Senior partner Zhengping Xu of Tahota exchanged with guests on cooperation matters. Then, a seminar on foreign arbitration was delivered by lawyers from Fangda Law Firm on which international business and trade arbitration, oversea trading arbitration organization and arbitration procedures are introduced. Lawyers of Tahota also expressed opinion on applicable laws for oversea investment and the selection of oversea arbitration organizations.

This is the second time of exchange between the two parties. Through this time of communication, a good platform has been created for cooperation between the two on international business and trade arbitration.
